MOMA estonoesunsolar Publication + exhibition Uneven GrowthEstonoesusnoalar takes part to the exhibition and book «Uneven Growth – Tactical urbanisms on expanding megacities«. Organized by curator Pedro Gadanho, the exhibition explores new architectural possibilities to address rapid and uneven urban growth around the globe. Uneven Growth brings together six interdisciplinary teams of researchers and practitioners to examine new architectural possibilities for six global metropolises:  Cohabitation Strategies, of Rotterdam and New York, is teaming up with local practice Situ Studio to look at the future of New York; MAS Urban Design at the ETH in Zurich is joining local practice RUA Arquitetos to take a stance vis-à-vis Rio de Janeiro; The MIT-based POP Lab is partnering with local practice URBZ to address urban change in Mumbai; Inteligencias Colectivas of Madrid is collaborating with local practice NLÉ Architects to propose ideas for Lagos; Network Architecture Lab of Columbia University in New York joins local practice MAP Office to deal with Hong Kong; and the Atelier d’Architecture Autogérée (AAA) of Paris, with local practice Superpool, will come up with proposals for Istanbul. Contributors: Phoebe Springstubb, Mimi Zeiger, SUPERPOOL, SITU Studio, MAP Office

The exhibition will be on view at MoMA from November 22, 2014 through May 10, 2015, and os accompanied by a publication of the exhibition projects and essays by leading urban and architectural scholars.
