estonoesunsolar progetto vincitore 2ª Biennale Spazio Pubblico – Spazio pubblico|network|social innovation – Cittá Sociale

Il concorso é promosso dall’ Istituto Nazionale di Urbanistica (INU), Consiglio Nazionale Architetti, Pianificatori, Paesaggisti e Conservatori (CNAPPC), Associazione Nazionale Comuni Italiani (ANCI), Istituto Nazionale Architettura (INARCH), La Casa dell’Architettura di Roma, Ordine Architetti PPC di Roma, Legambiente, Giovani architetti (GiArch) nell’ambito della 2° Biennale dello Spazio Pubblico del 2013.   Lo scopo é far emergere e sollecitare idee innovative che reinventino lo spazio pubblico in due ambiti:
1 | attraverso la progettazione di nuovi sistemi di riuso degli spazi pubblici, di ex-aree industriali, aree produttive o abitative dismesse.
2 | con la costruzione di network (reali o virtuali) e metodologie di co-working orientate all’innovazione sociale.
La sfida che lancia la Social Innovation è, infatti, quella di “riprendersi gli spazi e di attribuirgli nuovi segmenti di esistenza, rielaborando i vecchi modelli”. Una sfida che – dal basso e attraverso modelli deboli e supportati dalle nuove tecnologie – è tesa a rielaborare il concetto di spazio pubblico andando oltre le operazioni di recupero basate esclusivamente sul ricambio degli assetti fisici del tessuto urbano. Sistemi complessi quindi che con l’ausilio di network sociali e usi alternativi dello spazio (reale e virtuale) favoriscano processi di appropriazione “spontanei” e configurino “altri” modelli di condivisione urbana, contribuendo così a far emergere nuovi protagonisti, spesso informali e temporanei, e a ridare senso e significato allo spazio pubblico.

after 3 months of research, 2,535 candidates and two rounds of Jury involving 159 global experts we are definitely one of the 22 LLGA2013 winners! There were 120 nominated urban and social solutions for this year’ s 22 participating cities. The LLGA | Cities Summit held this week in San Francisco, where leading solution providers connected with municipal decision makers to share and further inform their communities. An exclusive event for representatives from the 22 participating cities and other invited cities, as well as the winning solution providers. Cities are typically represented by officials related to their challenge as well as representatives from their smart city/innovation departments who are scouting for interesting companies.  Gravalosdimonte architects had the great opportunity to share their knowledge and connect with cities in the LLGA 2013 summit in San Francisco as the aim of  Citymart.com  is to provide   smart solutions  and improve the lives of citizens around the world.

estonoesunsolar is one of the 10 selected projects in “FUTURE CITIES – PLANNING FOR THE 90 PER CENT”, Celeste Prize. Visual projects in any media capable of transforming our urban spaces. Artists, photographers, architects and designers where invited to reflect on issues facing people in private and public spaces around the world, such as housing, transport, environment, leisure, overcrowding, proposing low cost, low tech solutions to improve conditions and understanding. In forty years time, seven out of the world’s nine billion inhabitants will be living in cities. Almost half will be living in non-formal accommodation. estonoesunsolar finalista City to City FAD awards 2012

estonoesunsolar, tras haber sido nominado, ha resultado uno de los programas finalistas del City to City FAD Award 2012, premio que concede el Ayuntamiento de Barcelona y el FAD (Fomento de las Artes y del Diseño) para reconocer procesos urbanos que han supuesto una transformación global en la realidad de una determinada ciudad a escala internacional. estonoesunsolar, desarrollado en la ciudad de Zaragoza, es un programa experimental de regeneración urbana gracias al cual se han transformado 28 solares abandonados, por un total de 42.000 m², en espacios públicos, con carácter casi siempre transitorio, contando con la participación de más de 40 asociaciones vecinales, culturales, de mayores, colegios, Juntas de distrito ecc.., en 13 meses, generando  nuevos empleos para 110 parados de larga duración.

Zaragoza gana el 1er premio en “Eurocities Awards 2011 – Participation” con el proyecto “estonoesunsolar”

La red de ciudades Eurocities, que celebra desde hoy su conferencia anual en la ciudad italiana de Génova, acaba de hacer público el fallo de los premios que otorga cada año y que reconocen los mejores proyectos “en la realización de actividades o prácticas que mejoran la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos”. El jurado internacional   ha elegido el proyecto ‘estonoesunsolar’, promovido desde 2009 por el Ayuntamiento de Zaragoza, como mejor proyecto urbanístico en la categoría de “participación”. El programa de intervenciones en solares presentado por Zaragoza se ha impuesto a las otras dos iniciativas finalistas: la presentada por la ciudad alemana de Frankfurt (The Heinrich-Lübke-Siedlung) y por la ciudad de Lisboa (todos – Caminhada de Culturas). El jurado ha valorado la intensa participación e implicación ciudadana en el desarrollo del programa, la efectividad de los resultados obtenidos y la “espontánea” diversidad y variedad de cada intervención.
